Last year when i came to willow springs i was literally crying. Not because of pain, but due to fear. (Had been hurt a few times before) They did so much to make me feel comfortable and safe. They gave me anxiety meds for the time before i go in and it started out great. A year later, no meds needed for pain or for anxiety at this place. Just had an implant done and though it is rough on the mouth, they made it so i can finally eat on both sides of my mouth for the first time in about 18 years. Dr Spelman is the best dentist ever !!! Had him for 23 years now . He won’t stop till you’re teeth are perfect!! I highly recommend him ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr. Spelman is wonderful and soft spoken. Only default is the front office staff, they moved my daughters appointment to accommodate someone else and never contacted me. I did the 32mile drive with a txt and email confirmation to be told I had the wrong day. Also the front office staff has been rude and short with me in person/on the phone. The front staff almost made me never return several times but Dr Slepman is definitely worth staying for.
Dr. McRae and his staff are amazing. I dont LOVE having to visit the dentist and this office makes it easy. From Dr. McRae, to Wendy the hygienist and Traci the Office Manager you cant beat this team. I recommend them a thousand times over.
Love this office! The best dental hygienist "Shannon" takes very good care of me! Also, love Dr McRae...He is knowledgeable on all the latest technology in dentistry!
