This has become a very insecure place to stay in last few years because of lack of security. The other day someone stole my Wheelchair front attachment, Firefly 2.5 that helps me move around. I never thought someone would steal something like that, but they did. I also hear bikes and parts being stolen. Morever, you should be prepared to pay for these extra charges (separate from your PGE and SMUD bills). I was also very dissatisfied with the condition of the apartment when I got it. I can post some pictures when I get time.

A neighbor said that her car was locked but someone managed to get into it and look at her belongings. Overall it seems this apartment is being targeted by thieves and robbers .
I'm so happy at my apartment here and the beautiful surroundings, easy access to every store. But I hate the overly tall speed bumps as everyone else there. Amenities include: Dog park Beautiful trail along the back leading to Livermore park. Green grass, redwoods and pine trees Two lg. Built in gas grills to use freely: propane provided Sauna in great condition Lg. Pool Gym Jacuzzi Great maintenance: they're fast to fix things. Play ground Basketball court
We absolutely loved living at this apartment complex and truly miss it. We lived here for two years and had both a baby and a toddler during our time, and it was the perfect place for our family. The rooms were a great size, and the patio was lovely. The pool area is beautiful, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it along with the hot tub, which was renovated while we lived there.
