Well here we go again they said the wouldn't renew my lease if I don't add this fictional person to my lease or the will continue to charge me fee.. well the decided not to relieve my lease and I still don't have anyone there that's not supposed to be there and they can't give me proof that someone is there that's not supposed to be there so they send me another fee today. $40.. I've lived in Willow Springs MHC for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The community is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. Management is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests. It's clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the neighborhood looking great.
I moved here with my own home. Easy process, they do everything. Girls were nice and helpful. Neighbors are welcoming. Lots of trees, fresh paved roads, clean playgrounds and large lots
