Willow Run is a beautiful apartment complex, surrounded by trees and nature of many kinds. This nature attributes to the peace and serenity of the complex. The apartment units are spacious, with washer and dryer, walk-in closet, spacious bathrooms and fireplaces in the living room area which really adds convenience and helps create a great experience for your life! My family and I have lived here for a long time and we’ve always felt safe and comfortable.Cars are safe as well as the parking bays are well lit. Any maintenance issues are handled very timely with both professionalism and care. The neighbors have been great also, there is a small community feel to the complex and everyone looks out for each other. Washer, dryer and fireplace in each unit as well a pool and gym within the complex.
I have lived here for a yr and have had no complaints about management or maintenance. Very quiet neighborhood, all of my maintenance requests get done in a timely manner
I have lived here for 6 years and it is safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed. All concerns and service requests are addressed and done so quickly. It is a gated and safe complex and people look out for each other here. There is a pool and gym and each unit has a washer and dryer. The manager, Barbara, is amazing and takes care of the community and the residents. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever found.
We’ve been here 4 years with our office manager and Maintenance staff being very accommodating and helpful, wonderful neighbors and a great community.
