I would not rent from them. I gave them the application and money order for them to process the paperwork that week and they didn’t process anything for two weeks and then told me to wait another few days for the application to come back and it was another week before they even called to tell us we didn’t give them everything they needed when we gave them everything they asked for. Very unprofessional place.
They don’t fix a thing! You get the run around on the phone/in person! Windows are falling in because the just put nails to secure for the moment & say a window person is coming that day multiple times & is a no show ALL THE TIME! Save your time if you have an issue & make a report to your local ppl! My heat is on 81 & still doesn’t feel like it!!!!
