Willow Ridge Apts - Prattville, AL I have been living here since January 2026. The office staff is so helpful and always willing to take care of any situations I might have. The maintenance crew stays on top of anything that may need fixing. And I absolutely love my apartment. It is ideal for me and my cat, Ruby Sue. Check them out!! You won't be disappointed!!!
Highly recommend! I lived here for 6 years, and I only have positive things to say. I have lived many places over the years, and Willow Ridge has been top tier. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional. Cindy at the front desk has been especially helpful over the years. Work orders get fixed quickly, the grounds are well kempt, and they actually give a discount for military service members! The apartments are quiet, safe, family friendly, pet friendly, fairly cheap compared to other apartments (with less ameni... read more
Unorganized My experience with Willow Ridge has been extremely disappointing. The attitude from management is horrible and unprofessional. they gave the apartment that I was supposed to move into to someone else and I specifically said I did not want to be on the second floor, but they trying to say that they had me down for an apartment I did not agree on. instead of communicating respectfully or trying to resolve the issue, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. Good customer service goes a long way, but unfortun... read more
love this apartment complex A wonderful place to live! Very spacious and have a lot of storage for an apartment. Anytime you have an issue it is address either by management or by their maintenance team! I have no complaints!
HGIHLY SUGGEST! First I want to give a huge thank you to Cindy, Linda and Kam for making my transition into the apartments and out of the apartments amazing and easy. Sadly I had to leave sooner than expected due to a change in my duty station; but they have made my stay completely stress free and the best management I have ever lived under. They are very friendly and understanding. I will say if you are military and looking for a great affordable place with all amenities from dishwasher to washer/dyer in unit and just locat... read more
Sucks You will not receive your deposit back. They’ll say and do anything to keep it.
Highly Recommend Management and office staff has always been a pleasure to deal with in my experience. Maintenance men are fantastic. I read some of the reviews and can only guess that perhaps they didn’t pay or follow guidelines. I love it here!!
Do not recommend at all! Horrible management terrible owner she doesn't care about you at all has a really bad attitude and talk to you any kind of way not worth it!
Would Not Recommend For Working Professionals Management is a nightmare to deal with and very rude after signing on the dotted line. Apartment are on the pricey side with outdated appliances like the microwave, washer, dryer, and thin walls. They could care less about where your packages are delivered since it's not their responsibility as your living residence. Don't let the friends and family member reviews fool you. Good for short term. Just do your research and have your checkbook ready. Read the lease, how it's formatte... read more
