This community has been under the Prometheus group over the last few years. Prometheus group bundles this along with St. Francis to potential tenants when they advertise and try to showcase the property. If the year is 2024 then may be things below have changed but if you are reading this in 2023 do keep the below in mind before you decide on leasing at this location. I have been leaving here for almost 20 years! It's well maintained, very quiet place, very clean and they are very good fixing stuff. All the stores like safeway are convenient. I loved Willow Pond
