Fantastic family owned event facility! Beautiful grounds.
Piss poor customer service. Had a reception at this location. Fifteen minutes before the reception began in the "Carrage moon cafe" the air conditioning return began raining water. The owner did not answer several phone calls. The beverage attendant complained the whole time she was there and several guest had to go poor they're own beverages. My daughter just had her wedding there. They had them cater a lot of guests didn't get any food. Didnt decorate as paid for. Changed the time of wedding with out telling us. I would never ever go there again.
In June 2012 my fiancé and I met with Kimberly and signed a contract for Rooster Creek at Willow Pond. After sending the deposit we made monthly payments. The venue was not complete at that time but we were told that it would be complete by October 2012 for a wedding. We were told there would be on site bathrooms. In December 2012 Kimberly was no longer the General Manager. In February 2013 we scheduled a meeting with the owner so our family could see the venue. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Although it is beautiful - I received the most unfair, awful service. When I was looking to book my wedding, Willow Pond was one of the places I liked most. I was then highly pressured by the coordinator to decide because "she has someone else intersted in the date." I ended up choosing Willow Pond and paying in full (something just shy of $3000).
