Horrible horrible experience. I left my full review on google if you’d like to see it. It’s a doozie. Heather is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about the satisfaction of her tenants. Ericka was the best however, if you have issues we recommend talking to her. They will find any way to get money out of you. If you have dogs, they will go off of “this person said you didn’t clean up your dogs poop” and nothing else and then slap you with a huge charge. RecommendedThe whole staff is professional and some other complexes staff needs to take a class in professional development when it comes to customer service with Willow Ponds staff. Btw- Heather is hot and will gladly rent from her anytime. Her great looks had no impact on my objective rating either.
This is a poorly run business. I have questioned their practices. I lived here a while back with a friend for a little when I was going to school in the states. She told me about her move out experience after I left. Told her to join me in Ireland!
They made up fake charges after I had left so I had to owe them money gave me an apartment with a damaged carpet that was stained with dog urine never fixed it until I left so I had to pay for it honestly I do not recommend living here
If I could give negative 0 stars I would!!! The only 2 people in the office that are kind are Jamie and Colleen. If you would like to see my review go to Google or any other apartment listing site. We will see if any of the Owners actually contact me about my horrible renting experience.
