They are so friendly and very gentle with furry family members. So happy we found them.
Absolutely one of the best I've found. Makes you and your companion very comfortable and it is very laid back and reasonable.... highly recommend this place to anyone :)
Sometimes life deals you a pretty crappy hand. Our cat needed surgery and while he was at Willow we received word that my mom was on her death bed with hours to days left to live. We called Willow and Dr. Mike and Dr. Sarah were beyond understanding and compassionate. They were so flexible. They watched our cat an extra day to allow us to be with my family during a very hard time and arranged for a special Saturday pick up when they would otherwise not be working.
