RecommendedI'm new to town and needed a vet for my pups. You can tell every single person on the staff truly cares about the well being of your pet and loves what they do. My dog enjoy all the love they get when we visit and I'm happy to be able to have trust that my for babies are well cared for
I used to be a CVT in the veterinary field but have since found a less strenuous job. I have never worked for Willow, but every time I bring my pets in whether it is routine services or ADR (ain’t doing right) visits, the staff at Willow and I are always on the same page as far as what diagnostics and treatments are needed. It was such a relief finding a veterinary clinic you can trust when moving to a new area. They even helped make suggestions for grooming and equine services for us as well. Great people and great care.
I can’t say enough good things about Willow Pet Hospital. I’ve had dogs my entire adult life and Willow is absolutely top notch with their service. From the follow up calls after a visit to their thoughtful cards and gifts after having to put a loved pet down, these people are fantastic. No complaints. Thank you again for making my last moments with Libby Jane so very sweet. Our family very much appreciates all of your staff.

I picked up my dogs medication from Willow 1 week before my dog was diagnosed with cancer and crossed the rainbow bridge. I used 4 pills out of the bottle. today I was told by a very rude young lady at the front desk they would not give me money back on the pills because I could have tampered with them!!! I will miss Steph and Lyndsey very much but I will never do business with Willow ever again!! My other vet took an entire back of meds back and refunded me my money and didn't accuse me of tampering with them. If you need $... read more
Highly recommend Willow Pet Hospital. There staff is amazing! My sweet Willow Grace was really sick and they acted fast and got her to turn around over the weekend. The vet tech Amy gave me her personal cell phone to communicate any concerns. I am beyond blessed to bring my fur babies to them. ❤
Caring and professional staff, got us thru a very hard time with one of our pets and their kindness to him and our family will never be forgotten.
