It is impossible to reach manager at this complex. Especially if there is a problem
I live at Palmer Villas Apts. and there are at least 30 feral cats roaming the area. They get in my garden destroying plants and scratching up patio furniture. Recently some of the cats showed signs of some sort of eye infection. I don't know if it's contagious or not. Apparently, the manager cannot do anything about the cats. And my rent is being raised before my year lease agreement is up. What is the purpose of signing a year lease if the rent is raised before the lease is up? And who's responsible for all the stray cats?
