It is not a bad place to live.I have been here since Jan. 2009.
My tip to you is control the noise that is going on at all hours of the night or day. I've lived here 4 years and up till about 6 months ago I loved it here,now the neighbors are so noisy that at times you can not sleep at night.
I Have friend that has been livining this apt complex for about 10 yrs. and I ve been their and vist her. the trees are branching in walk ways vines growing on sidewalks and something needs to be done about this matter. I know this complkex is remolding the area;but you still need to take care of tenats that are elderly or disablity that deal with kind of debri.
