We've lived here for 2 years now. We've never had any issues with safety, vandalism or theft. Jaimee is the office manager and she is awesome and helpful!
I have lived here 2 years and I would do it all over again. I have worked with Jaimee from the very beginning and every request & every question I ever asked her was done in a professional Quick and efficient way. The property is flawless. You are surrounded by enchanted Willows . The ducks get to know you and will come to your balcony for you to feed them. It is absolutely beautiful here. The only reason why I’m relocating is for a bigger size apartment. But it’s still a Neiders property so for that I’m glad. I wish I could... read more
The worst place I’ve ever lived! The rent is outrageous for what you get- $1500+ for a shoebox-sized, moldy old dump. It might be nicer here if they spent more time upkeeping their buildings than they do putting “illegal parking” notices on their own tenant’s cars and threatening to tow them for completely arbitrary reasons (see the attached picture for proof - who does this to their own tenants?! How is it their business?) I can only assume they do this to feel like they’ve accomplished something that day, since everything ... read more
