This place is a joke. Trash littered parking lot, mice and roaches in apartments, and lousy tenants that are loud and disgusting.
It’s a convenient location in that it’s right up the street from Walmart. The maintenance crew is also really nice, but other than that, there must be something seriously wrong w the management. Tree fell on a few neighbors’ cars, the office didn’t want to reimburse for damages. The same tree fell on my car in Nov 2019, they still haven’t reimbursed me for my deductible. Rent was not consistent, they pressure you into renewing leases, they kept our deposit and charged us for pre-existing damages but wouldn’t have the mainten... read more

Well kept grounds, staff is amazing, always have refreshments in the office for everyone. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms inside the units, also have a personal storage closet by your front door for any and all storage without any extra fees.
