Extremely confused and disappointed with the parking situation on this property. If you only have a limited number of visitor spots on site how will residents be able to have guests over in the evenings without getting towed? Is it really safe for me to park my car on a busy street and WALK over to your property? You need guest passes or you need to ensure your residents aren't parking extra cars in the visitor spots that are slim anyway. Very Disappointed. A/C unit went out Friday night. Called someone Sat morning they told me okay got you down. Waited 1hr 30 min, called back only to be told that it has to be over 85. Currently its 80 degrees in my house! I have children in here and this is UNEXCEPTABLE!! I pay my rent on time every month and someone cant come fix this A/C. Then to be told I have to wait until the office opens on MONDAY!!! This is horrible!! I regret renewing my lease! They need to tear this place down and rebuild!!!
Love it here and sad we are moving! Highly recommended this community to anyone!!!!
