Absolutely loved this place, they are all so talented! Just wanted to warn others, don’t reschedule your appointment and expect them to actually accommodate you. Rescheduled my appointment over a month in advanced and got an email saying the reschedule was pending approval. Called them 3 weeks before the appointment to double check it got approved, the girl confirmed that it was approved. I had my first experience at Willow and Oak and Claire was my stylist. I am obsessed! The environment is cozy, welcoming, and modern. All of the employees are so sweet and helpful. And Claire…OH MY GOSH…she went above and beyond. I love my hair, she gave me so many tips and tricks for styling at home, and she created a color for me that complimented my features. I highly recommend this salon!
They are the best!!! I’ve gone here for over 4 years and I love my hair every time!!! Such a welcoming environment, everyone is always so nice!! I see Alli and she is the best!!!
