I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do not move here!!! I lived here for two years. The place is absolute garbage, the owners are garbage and the so called "maintenance" people are garbage. Everyone is rude. The houses are all in need of serious renovations and repair, that they will never do. They are full of roaches, mold and mildew. Doooo not move into there homes they have mold in them and tons of bugs and they will not fix anything if you ask no matter how much you beg and they will over charge you for everything and lie about it this is the worst place I have ever lived and they have the most horrible office staff I had to use a lamp in the kitchen for 7 months I begged for 10 months to have the roof leaks fixed and the pest control sent out and nothing nobody is ever in the office every neighbor I had said the exact same thing there places had mold ... read more
It a really nice place and I'm sure the owner has put a lot of time and money making it nice but the manager is rude and cussed at me for letting my dogs run free to the dog park. And made threats about calling the cops on me.
