It a really nice place and I'm sure the owner has put a lot of time and money making it nice but the manager is rude and cussed at me for letting my dogs run free to the dog park. And made threats about calling the cops on me.
This place is beautiful and is run by a great family. The apartments are very clean and up to date for such a good price for rent. Very quiet neighborhood with great amenities. Definitely recommend talking to them if you are looking for a place to live in Athens GA!
I couldn’t be happier living here!! It is such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood like community! All the other residents are so friendly and quiet! I also love being near everything Athens has to offer while being tucked away in such a quiet community! I feel very safe here and have had zero concerns with other residents! The property also just had some new renovations! They repaved their road and added a dog park that my dog absolutely loves!! I have no plans on leaving anytime soon! I lived there 6years I had some good and bad experiences but overall the community is quiet and safe.
Took forever to send me deposit back and charge all these extra fee to deduct money.. like cleaning behind a fridge etc.. horrible owners
