I took time to reflect before writing this review. I have been a long time patient this clinic for 20 years. Unfortunately, my experience at Willow Medical Clinic was deeply disappointing. I did not feel heard, and I did not receive meaningful help. My concerns were met with dismissive responses over the phone rather than thoughtful guidance. First off no offense to anyone else that has left reviews about Willow Medical so don't get bent out of shape. But seeing the staff post 5 star reviews just to promote the business first off I work for a small customer focused business and I don't even give our company 5 stars and it's not because we're not good because I assure you we are one of the best in our respective field and industry but all businesses and individuals should always see room for growth and improvement. “What it’s like to work here” I have over 15yrs experience in the healthcare industry. The providers here not only care about their duties as a physician but they bring a high sense of professionalism to their position. They have made me feel at home and working in multiple states and roles within the industry, I’m grateful for the doctors I work for. It’s a welcoming environment and more like a family than coworkers.

Staff is very professional and friendly. Highly qualified physicians that truly care about their patients. The office itself is welcoming and doesn't have the feel of a standard health facility; which allows for patients to feel more comfortable and less stressed.
