I had an amazing experience at Willow. Neila and Nancy were wonderful. I had my first great impression of this team when scheduling. Their staff was sweet and compassionate. I broke my back and had gotten a gift from their amazing Groupon offer and I was so worried it was going to expire! So I got everything scheduled and 2 days before had to call and reschedule?(which we all know can be a hassle! I know how hard it is for me at my office) because me surgery didn’t go as expected. Great massage! Regina did a combo medium pressure/sports massage and really worked out the knots in my neck and shoulders. Will be back!

Always a great experience at willow, from the relaxation room to the end of the massage. Stephanie was awesome!!
The spa is absolutely amazing!! I became a member due my messages with Courtney and my facials with Sandy. This is a privately owned spa, you can certainly tell the difference in the level of technicians. Even the front desk girls are awesome. They always remember my name even though I have only been there four times.

One of the best massages & facials I've ever had & the Groupon price was perfect! They use YL oils to diffuse during your massage - I chose peppermint since strong essential oils are too much for me but the peppermint was light and refreshing. Their sheets were super soft; I loved the hot stones and the hot towels were a very nice touch; I loved the cupcake birthday box; the staff was extremely friendly & did a fantastic job; best of all, I left feeling extremely relaxed!
