I agree I went thru the application process and called she gave me three different prices for the rent which weren't reflective of the rent on the website then she continued to increase charges that the maintenance guy said was insane and not accurate (after looking at a studio) and yes extremely rude and moved like a sloth not wanting to be accommodating at all.
This is the 3rd property manager in 2years. it is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, but the property manager has no costumer service skills. she was not trained properly. there are no costumer services phone numbers, no email, no physical address to contact anyone. This is the first time I have ever had a problem here other than maintain issues. we do have a new maintenance guy thank goodness. although he will be leaving us very soon good luck to him.
