Willow Lake saved my life! I started my treatment at an ortho in KY and then moved to IL and was so worried I wouldn’t get the proper care (I had an impacted canine and needed oral surgery)— but Willow Lake took all my worries away. The staff is so friendly and treats you like family every time you walk through the door. They listen to your wants and needs and truly work with you to give you the absolute best care and treatment. Best ortho out there!
Willow Lake was a great experience from start to finish. They made us feel special with small details such as a photo booth, a letter home from our daughter thanking us after the braces were off and the goodie bag we received when we started. The staff was always great, professional and made our daughter feel special every appointment. I highly recommend Willow Lake!

As a person who works in the dental field, I can’t help but be critical of other practices. This is an AMAZING practice! From the moment you walk in, the office staff is so helpful and friendly. The clinical staff have the most wonderful way of whisking the patients back, young or old, with such ease to make the patients feel relaxed and comfortable. The doctors are so gental, kind and really keep you informed on the progress and walk you through every aspect of you or your child’s treatment. We LOVE WLO!
Willow did an amazing job with both of my kids and their crooked teeth! The staff is the nicest and the best!! I’m actually sad that I won’t be taking kids there on a monthly basis anymore!
