The entire staff here assisted me with all of my needs and concerns. Dr. St. Dennis and her staff were the utmost in professionalism and courtesy; explaining what each step would be, to ensure I was comfortable in every procedure. In addition to this, the staff also worked with my insurance company direct, to show me how to maximize my benefits! Top to bottom, the service I received was amazing, I felt the staff here was truly driven to make the experience as easy as possible.
I've been to Willow Lake Dental twice and both times were excellent. Once was a cleaning handled expertly by Ashley. And once for an emergency. I fell recently and landed on the side of my face. I was concerned I may have knocked something loose but Dr Tracy was very gentle and efficient in examining me and the modern digital X-ray proved none of my teeth were damaged. Very reassuring.
State of the art facility and great interior design, but that doesn't compare to the warm and welcoming staff, and the incredibly gentle, kind, and caring Dr. Tracy. After several years of seeing her, I can't imagine going to anyone else for my dental needs.
It was a miracle - my 3 year old daughter, who has never been to the dentist, let Ashley at Willow Lake Dental do a full cleaning of her teeth! Dr. Tracy and Ashley gave us some easy tips to keep our daughter interested in brushing her teeth at home. It's hard to make that good of an impression on a little kid - I credit both Ashley and Dr. Tracy for their kid-friendly approach. We had a great experience at Willow Lake Dental.
So amazing! Dr. Tracy and her staff were so kind and welcoming. They met all my needs and went above and beyond to make me comfortable.
