Willow Lake has been our home for almost 5 years ! We absolutely love it! The staff has always gone above and beyond to meet our needs! I’m so grateful for such a peaceful community for my littles. A clean and safe place for them to play and explore ! Thank you Willow Lake team for all that you do! For taking the time to write us Happy Birthday cards, not just for us adults but for my littles too! We are eternally grateful for you! 😄

From the first phone call, to moving in, and living here Rebecca and Jaxson has made it a wonderful experience. The maintenance guys are so sweet and always helpful whenever you need them. Neighbors are very friendly. Had a bad experience with apartments in the past but NOT one complaint yet. Keep up the great and wonderful customer service!

Do your self a favor and try somewhere else!! I lived at Willow Lake Apartments for two years. In that time I had $1000.00 dollars worth of property stolen from me by the maintenance people. My out door table was damaged by there maintenance people. The patio door in my unit had a rotted wood frame. When I told the complex manager about it she told me they would replace it after I move out! I had to deal with rotting wood and a leaking door for the time I was there because, they were too lazy to replace it! Also if you are m... read more
