If I could give it zero stars, I would. These are the most old run-down ass apartments ever; I don’t think you can get much low than this! This was my first apartment ever and I just want to say living here has been the worst experience of my life. Yeah, rent is cheap; I’ll give them that, but trust me, it’s not worth it. They have a nasty ant and roach infestation. Yes, they do have pest control come and spray, but that does nothing! There is trash everywhere and poop from people not picking up after their dogs. Let me tell y’all about Ms.Vita she is a angel in disguise, I’m new to the area and she worked with me so I can get on my feet she’s very helpful and replies back super fast she made my experience a 10 with applying and getting approved I wish I could give this review 10 stars.. I really appreciate you vita girlll:)

Honestly I must Commend the management team After Reading all of the bad reviews it seems that they have been listening and Fixed all the issues mentioned I Just moved in and I don't see any signs Of pest of any kind. That air conditioner is sealed up quite nicely and does well cooling my unit. My carpet is clean and soft. A nice size bathroom and a large walk-in closet. My neighbors seem very nice, definitely not a situation i feel uncomfortable in.And working with the management team was sheer pleasure. They made the movin... read more
