Let me tell y’all about Ms.Vita she is a angel in disguise, I’m new to the area and she worked with me so I can get on my feet she’s very helpful and replies back super fast she made my experience a 10 with applying and getting approved I wish I could give this review 10 stars.. Honestly I must Commend the management team After Reading all of the bad reviews it seems that they have been listening and Fixed all the issues mentioned I Just moved in and I don't see any signs Of pest of any kind. That air conditioner is sealed up quite nicely and does well cooling my unit. My carpet is clean and soft. A nice size bathroom and a large walk-in closet. My neighbors seem very nice, definitely not a situation i feel uncomfortable in.And working with the management team was sheer pleasure. They made the movin... read more

Lived at Willow Lake for a year, and it was really bad. Are you a single male that is looking to save money? You might be able to deal with it. Are you Military looking to save BAH? Consider embracing the awful conditions here to make a little extra and live close to base. Are you a single female? Buy a gun. My recommendation to anyone looking to rent here is don't cheap out; I know the low rent is tempting, but it is not worth it at all.
