I've lived in this apartment complex with my husband for almost ten years, and it truly feels like home. One of the best parts is living right by the water, which provides a stunning view that I never tire of. My neighbors and I share a love for dogs, and I've made some wonderful friends over the years. I left because for months the toilets backed up. With waste the kind that comes out of toilet is just so Gross and your expected to deal with that. They nickel and dime you on repairs. When I moved in the water heater wasn't on, AC was broke it was a mess. There maintenance is 2 kids 20 something years old. I left because the bad Maintenance and the office is constantly closed. No one was there for my move out. If price is the only consideration maybe here but you put up with bad maintenance. I would not live here again. Don... read more
