First thing, they have scheduled my appointment with wrong doctor. They have rescheduled my appointment 3-4 times they moved me from Montgomery to Abington location(which is fine). Then i had a appointment for 3pm and doctor didn’t show up until 4pm. She was busy with surgery. If she had surgery then why she booked my appointment? Then Dr. Ariana forced us to do some teeth grinding in very unprofessional way. Upon declining that she said “you are doing stupidity” which was very rude. My experience was a great on from the entrance up until my treatment the dr and her help was Amazon I will be returning .
Dr. Irina Stepansky is incredibly gentle and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease during my procedure. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist. I felt like I was at a dentist spa.
I had a root canal and bridge work done and I left the office without pain and able to move on with my day. I love the office team they are friendly, resourceful and professional.
