Secretary is extremely rude and condisending when speaking with people also does everything to avoid accountability about her rude behavior like not letting anyone speak with her higher ups

i have had 3 appointments with dr. omole. a week or two before every appointment i would get a call asking to reschedule my appointment because they messed up the schedule on their half. at my first appointment i was told i probably have endometriosis even though i went in for concerns about pcos and my symptoms relate to pcos more than endometriosis. regardless she refused to send me for surgery even though that’s the only way to diagnose endometriosis and the entire appointment her and her assistant were just pushing birth... read more

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Omorinsola Muoka. She explained everything thoroughly and made the Pap smear procedure, which is often perceived as uncomfortable or intimidating, feel quick, smooth, and manageable. I am very grateful for her professionalism and care. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The clinic also manages patient flow efficiently, ensuring appointments run smoothly with minimal waiting time.
