Every one was very helpful and friendly. Explained what they found, how to correct it. Very professional.
The receptionist is always very friendly and helpful. Doc. Akron explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Everyone was very nice and Dr. Kim did a good job of explaining the work to be done. But the work is extensive and expensive, and I am not sure if I will be doing it. So, the visit gave me bad news; and, of course, I am not happy about that.
