Review for Willow Glen Dental Specialist I was originally told my visit and X‑rays were covered. I was even told the bill would be around $350 because they were “giving me a discount.” They also had me take an extra X‑ray and specifically said it would be covered. Three months later, I received a $600 bill — and I was never even sent my scans. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The pre-communication with Zuri was excellent, checking with my insurance company and outlining expected costs. The offices are clean, the check in process was prompt. I was referred by my DDS for a gum fistula that resulted from chemo. The DDS, Dr Sui was very helpful and explained options as there were a several considerations. In the end, I did not begin or have a treatment done. I did appreciate that I felt dealt with honestly and compassionately and didn’t feel “up sold” for the sake of their business. Avoid this practice. We signed a contract for a complete 2 to 3 yr orthodontist treatment for my daughter. After a few months and two short visits the doctor left the practice. There was no contact from them for 3 months and then eventually they said they could not complete the treatment nor refer to a partner provider. They are also saying they will only be refunding 66% of the $4500 fee we paid.
