I am a resident of this community. When I bought my home..Dr. hortan failed my family ...first the company did NOT CONNECT MY GAS LINE AND WE ALMOST BLEW UP. This made me sick n exposed my disabled kids to a very traimatic event! Then the company did not compensate me for a nail left by the company in the back yard slashing my foot. Bought a home from this company....they forgot an inspection which left an open gas line with running gas which could have killed my entire family and others around .me ....the company has not taken accountability or responsibility for their mistake.
