Small and quiet community, so far loving it, Kimberly is really helpful and friendly, very nice place to live so far!
This property is nice but the property manager is awful. I am having the absolute worst experience here!!! Not even worth 1 star. There are residents that have been here 40yrs and I hear the same as far as property manager.
Was alright until new management company arrived. Original manager was a resident and genuinely cared about residents. New manager manages several different properties and could really care less about the residents. Case in point a resident who did lawn work broke my car window while I lived there and after contacting management I was informed that, somehow, the city of houston was to blame, and that they would not give me the video feed nor would I be reimbursed for the window.
