Me and my boyfriend lived here for 6 months. In that time I was constantly harassed by my down stairs neighbor when I was home alone and was even told that he would kick in my door and beat my dog if he heard him bark. He also cussed out my two year old niece and my sister when she stepped in to defend her daughter. This man ended up moving out do to us filing complaints. The apartments are alright, becoming a little outdated, and prices are raised at least $100 each year and if you know other tenants, you will know that the increases are inconsistent. We moved in 2021 and rent was $1095. Units in 2023 are now going for $1450 - YIKES. There's a lot of turnover with the property manager and it's never communicated who the property manager is, so it's difficult to communicate if there are any needs or questions. Setup is poor. At least they have signs to direct u but u still have to walk around looking for apt numbers..blech
