While we were living there, things were good. When we left they tried to screw us out of our deposit plus over 1000 dollars saying we damaged the carpet. We had one stain the size of a quarter and even steam cleaned the entire place before we left. They stated bleach and rust stains. The rust stain was caused by their water heater next door and the bleach stains were there when we moved in. The owner is just a crook!!!!!
