HOA is very unhelpful, I put in a request in June that was not responded to until October. You are on your own in any situation that occurs here. All of the neighborhood talks about it.
This place is disgusting. These are privately owned condos so everything is at the discretion of the owners. My condo was infested with mice and roaches the whole 2 years I lived here. No matter how much pest control I had come out they wouldn’t go away because of the neighboring condos not doing their own pest control. These condos are 55 years old and you can definitely tell by the condition they are in. The area was okay but there are homeless people that frequent the area.
Nice area, generally quite neighborhood, HOA could handle more things around the property.
Do not move here Can't even get management to change a light bulb in the breezeway!!!!! Been calling for 3 weeks!!! I live alone, not safe!!!!
No plàce like home!
