This place is infested with German cockroaches. Do not rent here as management and the owners have given over the places to the roachss So it’s weird you search this place up in Tulsa you get multiple results I think in some sort of attempt to wash out bad reviews. I lived here 2 years and pay 1300% a month for a roach infested apartment. And I mean it’s infested. These places are privately owned by slumlords. Good clean place nice areas
HOA is very unhelpful, I put in a request in June that was not responded to until October. You are on your own in any situation that occurs here. All of the neighborhood talks about it.
