Not a safe place to live. The white people act like they dont know how to out their dogs on a leash, so alot of leashless MUTTS running around. Light poles cracked at the bases will fall over any day now. Alot of meth heads people digging in the dumpster at 2am no security. This place is below mediocre. But Good investment if you find a condo cheap enough to flip. THEN MOVE!!
Dirty and trashy. Bad drainage and no repairs mold!
Terrible management company stole my belongings from my porch, landlord had to replace.
