I have been going to Willow Creek Eye Care easily for over 20 years and Amy was always great. But since they have changed owners(?) or management it has been nothing but down hill. The people seem to keep changing and have no idea how to do things correctly. They can't seem to get billing straight. First time around okay you get a pass. The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Five months (FIVE MONTHS!) to get a pair of safety glasses. Starting with wrong information, glasses ordered wrong twice, my glasses lost, many calls on my part to find out what the status is, many trips to Willow Creek after being told the glasses are ready (and they weren't). Terrible!
I normally do not write reviews negative or positive. However this place is absolutely horrible. I ordered safety glasses on November 16, it is now after Christmas and I still don't have them. The first pair came with the wrong prescription. I was told on the day the wrong ones came in, they would be replaced in 4 days. I didn't hear anything for a week so I called I was told 4 more day's. Great service and they put up with several sessions of major indecision!!
The people are amazing im finally getting my first pair of glasses, and my husband is getting two pairs, everyone should go here, and not because my loving mother works here, but because they are AWESOME!! ��
