Average apartments which are over priced for what they are but all sonoma county is. I think the complex is just ok. Its pretty quiet there are some kids but for the mostbpart the are behaved.
Absolutely amazing. I lived in a beautiful, spacious loft, with a spiral staircase! My roommate had a classic bedroom that was also very nice. Maintenance is quick to reply and get things fixed. Very safe neighborhood and very close to Sonoma State and many grocery stores/ places to go out!
Heather the manager is the BEST! She returns calls/emails and in a timely matter. She is very pleasant, cares about her tenants! She is honest( a big plus ) and very organized.
