When I first moved into the apartments very nice very pleasant everything was great however a,I,Iis time goes by I see there's a steady increase in the rent rates however I never see any additional changes are improvements being made to the property. I've had a recurring leak in the ceiling of my unit multiple times and it happens constantly
My experience at Willow Creek Apartments has been amazing! From the very beginning, Ms. Grace Serrano went above and beyond to help us. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us with a smile and asked how she could help. We originally came in looking for a 1-bedroom on the first floor, but Grace recommended we look at a townhome since we have a toddler and we instantly loved it! We came back the same day and applied.
