Yo viví ahí en el 2022 pésimo servicio no tienes privacidad entran cuando no estás tú sin avisar los vigilantes y todos los empleados parecen los dueños yo trabajaba fueras nunca estaba y al salirme lo dejé intacto y aún así querían cobrarme 2800 por daños como si fueran apartamentos de lujo la verdad no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

Long story short we moved in everything was great , then eventually things started happening and the air conditioning stopped working . I called them several times so they can come and fix it ! Only for the maintenance guy to come and start acting like a smart ass and being just rude . Now they won’t answer my calls ! Mind you I have two little kids ! Definitely won’t be renewing the lease ! This is ridiculous !
I have been living here since 2025, I highly recommend this place for the safety they provided. In addition, the mantainence department is tremendous!
Willow Creek Is The Best. I've Been A Resident For The Last 17 Years My Experience Here Has Been Nothing Short Of A Wonderful Place To Call Home. I Would Like To Give Leslie A Shout Out For Her Quick Response For My Maintenance Needs. Thank You Again My Friend. There's No Place Like Home. Thumbs Up.
