I love it, but the big con for me personally is no outdoor outlet for me to use electricity on my balcony! We could also use a bigger parking lot, so I could easily park in my garage!!

Never has the rent right all sorts of different amounts every month all done by a 74 yo gal who has no clue where she is or what day it is.
decent apartment. but the staff lie to you. took my entire deposit because of light bulbs and a "dirty shower"? yeah right. i remember the day i moved in and the shower was dirty, the vents were covered in dirt and hair. Theyll probably need it anyway because our laundry broke down and they replaced it, but didn't clean up so the floor under is disgusting with mold and the door trim is well soaked and rotted. Well another positive is if you like weed there's plenty in the building from neighbors.
