Grounds are well maintained! It's a quiet complex and maintenance is extremely sufficient and professional. Apartments are roomy and have a nostalgic appeal. The laundry room is a nice bonus! I rarely hear other residents, parking is adequate with the option of a garage for an extra cost. It's a nice place to live!
I love it, but the big con for me personally is no outdoor outlet for me to use electricity on my balcony! We could also use a bigger parking lot, so I could easily park in my garage!!
