I love living here! The scenery is so peaceful and calming with the water sounds around you.
The new assistant Mallory at the front desk seems to be always on her phone watching some sort of videos almost everytime i come in the office and it seems she always is eating it just gives off unprofessional vibes i just wanted to write this so someone can maybe address this with her or her manager, the woman in the other office on the other hand has been extremely pleasant to have as a property manager and is very attentive to things in my family members apartment
Excellent customer service service , they helped me in every question i had , also in time of application and guide me thru it. Renting here ws so smooth the process and also fast 💯
Safe, quiet area. Decent apartments (aside from the occasional roach). Would be nice if there assigned parking spots because there seems not to be enough parking spots for tenants.
