Great place to live except during anything at the American Airlines Center
This review is for the Artisan Apartments, which is managed by Willow Bridge. My experience here has made it clear I will never live at another Willow Bridge property again. My apartment was without working A/C for a full week during a Texas summer. Unbeknownst to me, the portable A/C unit maintenance provided as a temporary fix was missing its drainage plug, causing it to leak so much condensation onto my living room carpet that a vendor had to place commercial fans in the apartment to dry it out. The Ascend Townhomes in Raymore, Missouri is managed by Willow Bridge Property. The property manager is rude to tenants and tells them they can just ‘move out’ instead of fixing the maintenance requests! It is the responsibility of the property to maintain a habitable environment, as it is the responsibility of the tenant to pay rent! Get rid of these rude property managers if you expect to keep tenants! The word will spread fast here in Raymore not to live here if it continues!
