If you’re considering moving here, please read this carefully. This is not just a bad apartment — it’s a place where problems go unresolved for months, and management actively delays solutions. Shortly after moving in, my unit developed random, extremely loud banging and vibrating noises that occurred at all hours of the night — 12am, 2am, 3am, 5am, 6am. Oh my! This Property Management Company's role at "53 West" in Oakwood, Ga. is a total failure. The apartments inside are nice, but that's where it all ends. The Office and Maintenance Staff are systematically incompetent. The Employees at this Property show nothing but contempt for is residents. Willow Bridge is Property Management at its worst...
