Broken elevators curfews, a mess
hope you never need to talk to someone if this trash company takes over your property! mine was taken over in september 2025, it’s now July 2026, and i have NEVER gotten a response via email or call with the exception of the MAINTENANCE MAN calling to see if my voicemail was ever responded to (it hadn’t been) but maintenance cared more than the admin staff. i have contacted corporate before to no avail, nobody helps they just “forward it on to regional management” which is an empty void. i only get emails from their AI syste... read more

Understood. “My neurodivergent son greeted the property manager three times and did not receive a greeting in return, which was hurtful to me as a parent.” He also witnessed the property manager yelling and using profanity toward the maintenance manager, which raised serious concerns for me about the level of professionalism in the management office.
