No availability they only have 1 Dr. Currently taking new patients and it’s weeks out, and unable to wait 30 secs for me to get my card without being put on hold. Not the best first impression luckily there’s many other options.
The team at Willow Bend Family Medicine is a group of excellent professionals especially Dr. Ramin Roufeh. Dr. Roufeh has been my PCP now for over 5 years. What a Joke ! This place is messy as well front desk receptionist is unhelpful as well her attitude is mirrored!! Wrong medicine dosage was sent and I feel like patient does all the work workers do nothing minus Amber! Yikes !
