Lived at this property for 3 years, was forced to move when they repaired leaky pipes in the bathroom ceiling by wrapping towels around them and sealing the ceiling back up, only to have it collapse into the bathtub 2 years later filling our bathroom and bedroom with black mold and mildew. They weren't even going to tell me and were trying to close the ceiling back up without treating the mold. I think the indoor and outdoor air pollution is terrible there. I could never get to feeling good I bought a Hoover carpet cleaner man that was a lot of dirty work apt and Hallways . Hallways where terrible truning my carpet cleaner solution water black from people's shoe's over a 1 year period will be needing a cleaming again that was when I lived there in Nov.2021 to Dec. 2022 . The bacteria seemed to a bad problem in my and my Son's apt 2 nd level 6700 sw 9th Street apt 12. And The refrigerator I removed from the kitchen ... read more
