Lived here for two years back in 2020, came back in 2024 for anndorher year and an half and ended up packing up and leaving due to severe mice infestation and black mold. WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!! NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN.

Lived at this property for 3 years, was forced to move when they repaired leaky pipes in the bathroom ceiling by wrapping towels around them and sealing the ceiling back up, only to have it collapse into the bathtub 2 years later filling our bathroom and bedroom with black mold and mildew. They weren't even going to tell me and were trying to close the ceiling back up without treating the mold.
