Now this is an apartment complex I can feel safe,and enjoy the luxuries of being at home. Heidi,the apartment manager,continuously strives to guarantee the residence satisfaction,plus she's on top of everything, from maintenance issues,and even being compassionate about situations that happened in our lives. I recommend Willow Bend Apartments for anybody who wants a safe place to live, and a caring management team.

I've been here for ONE MONTH and I can honestly say that I LOVE ❤️ this beautiful property, The office staff is super nice and very attentive to all my needs and the manager Heidi is the best apartment manager I've had in a long time. She has such good customer service and you don't see that in a lot of property's!!! I've been here for 5 years just want to Compliment the staff for the Great job they done in maintaining the Quality of our complex. It's truly obvious they take in consideration our Safety and best Interest. Thank You Heidi and Staff!
I love it here the manager Heidi is one of the best I've seen in a long time. She does everything she can to make this a great place to live. Al l those negative posts I'm sure are false and if she is evicting you it's cause you were causing trouble.
This apartment complex needs new management. My best friend lives there and the property manager is just giving her hell. The past 2 months all she's done is harass my friend. Giving her unnecessary violations, tying to get her evicted, making false claims to cps that my friend is dealing drugs out of apartment. I just left from there and Heidi called The cops on my friend for going into the office and asking her why is she making up lies to Bexar county housing. Its horrible. WARNING: TOWING HIGH ENFORCED WARNING: PARKING SUCKS On June 4, 2017, my boyfriend had to park my car in front of the office, due to the fact there was no parking left inside of the gate. I moved in last year in December and thought they were really nice. I even thought the mannagment was nice but turns out its all an act.. I have 3 kids and they evicted me for someone using my address without permission.. Now charging for all kinds of things like a dvd pass and restroom cleaning and i had left the whole apartment clean..they treat u bad and one of the managers is racist and rude and they harrass u..i do not suggest anyone move in here...they need new managment
