Terrible customer service and complete lack of communication. I called multiple times over several days to inquire about housing and waitlists, left voicemails and they never bothered to respond or return my call. It is extremely frustrating dealing with management that completely ignores people seeking information. They urgently need to improve their phone support and accountability to the community.
This complex has an "Affordable housing" desgination by the state. It houses individuals with physical or mental disabilities and seniors. There is a waiting list and you would need to contact the Aurora housing authority for more complex answer to your application needs.
