Willoughby was recommended by our neighbors who had a lot of plumbing work done for their kitchen and bath remodel. We only had a leak in our tub and when we called the woman on the phone was very nice and told us to check something first because it sounded like a simple problem and she didnt want to have to charge us for someone to come out if thats all it was. I have had them do work for me a number of times over the past 6 years. The work always is done quickly and efficiently and each time I quoted multiple companies, theirs was the least expensive. The work they have done was excellent and they always cleaned up afterwards (unlike 2 firms I used before).
