My experience was excellent. I went to the store about my set of Starky hearing aids purchased when I lived in Tennessee. Tom did quick repairs that returned them to great working order. I learned a lot about my hearing aids that I never knew! Tom was loaded was helpful information that he shared in a kind and caring way.
