I walked into the front door I couldn't breathe. I was greeted with a horrible smell of cat urine and the feces. And out the door I went.
I was referred to this company by another place I do business with frequently, so I called expecting professional customer service. All I did was ask a simple question about red mason brick availability, and instead of getting a normal answer, I was talked down to and lectured for no reason. I was planning on becoming a customer, but the rude attitude and unnecessary aggression immediately changed my mind. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one.
