On mine first visit I walked in with lower back pain. Dr Mc Laughlin first heard my complains then he explained me what and how he will treat me. His knowledge was obvious. First lumbar adjustment eased the pain, and I became his patient and admirer.I can see he knows his job and would recommend him to everyone in need. Kim his staff lady, kind and helpful to all. ??

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely!
