I try to never leave bad reviews because I feel like sometimes you have to give people the benefit of the doubt, and move on. However in this case I really feel like I have to say something. Dr. Willoughby was great- no complaints there. However just like other people who have left poor reviews my issue is with the office staff. Poor communication, poor customer service, and honestly one of the rudest people I have ever had to talk to regarding a bill.
