I try to never leave bad reviews because I feel like sometimes you have to give people the benefit of the doubt, and move on. However in this case I really feel like I have to say something. Dr. Willoughby was great- no complaints there. However just like other people who have left poor reviews my issue is with the office staff. Poor communication, poor customer service, and honestly one of the rudest people I have ever had to talk to regarding a bill. Dr. Willoughby has been my dentist since childhood. He and his staff maintain a friendly, professional environment. It's always been a great experience for me & my family. He's very much a perfectionist in his field!!

I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine

No, I don't think so Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
